What Advanced Signature includes
Your selected formulation is used during the Dermapen 4 stage. It isn’t simply applied afterwards.
This isn’t microneedling with a serum added afterwards
There is an important difference between adding a serum at the end of a microneedling appointment and building the whole treatment around a specific skin concern. Your skin is assessed first and the appropriate treatment pathway is selected. A concern-matched professional peel prepares the skin before Dermapen 4 microneedling begins. Your selected formulation is then used during the Dermapen 4 treatment, rather than simply applied as a finishing serum. The treatment continues with the finishing serum and a matched light programme.
Every stage has a purpose, but not every client receives an identical treatment. I may adapt a stage where your skin isn’t suited to it on the day. The aim isn’t to add as many steps as possible, but to make every stage purposeful.

The terminology sounds more complicated than the treatment itself. Within SkinOx, the professional serum belonging to each pathway is paired with a corresponding Fotoage light programme. The four documented programmes use different combinations of red, blue, green and yellow light according to the pathway being treated.
No. Hyaluronic acid still has its own hydration role. The professional acids have already performed their resurfacing role during the peel stage. Peptides and other cosmetic ingredients have their own functions within the formulation. The light programme is another coordinated stage within the pathway.
Not in the medical sense. The term photobiodynamic here refers to the cosmetic SkinOx and Fotoage system. It is not prescription medical photodynamic therapy.
Exosome, PDRN and GHK-Cu Microneedling Options
Your pathway determines the peel, finishing serum and light programme. I also select the advanced formulation used during your Dermapen 4 treatment. Both are chosen after assessment and included in your appointment price. The GHK-Cu option is always combined with PDRN, not a standalone GHK-Cu treatment. Nothing is injected. Exosomes
What are exosomes?
Exosomes are extremely small extracellular vesicles involved in communication between cells, which is why exosome technology has attracted attention in regenerative and aesthetic research. The formulation I use contains exosomes with hyaluronic acid.
Why might it be selected?
It may be considered where your goals include visible fine lines, uneven texture, dehydration, dullness or overall skin quality.
A note on the evidence
Exosome research is developing quickly, but evidence for topical cosmetic exosome products is still emerging. I don’t present them as a miracle ingredient or credit them with the whole result. They are one component of a much wider treatment.
PDRN + niacinamide
What is it?
A formulation combining PDRN with niacinamide and hyaluronic acid. Niacinamide supports the skin barrier and is widely used for overall skin quality and uneven-looking tone; hyaluronic acid supports hydration.
Why might it be selected?
It may be considered where your goals include overall skin quality, dull or tired-looking skin, uneven texture or dehydration.
PDRN is not a filler
It doesn’t add volume, and this is not an injectable polynucleotide treatment. Injectable polynucleotides are a separate treatment with their own consultation and protocol.
GHK-Cu + PDRN
What is it?
A formulation combining a copper peptide (Copper Tripeptide-1) with PDRN, alongside niacinamide and hyaluronic acid.
What is GHK-Cu?
GHK-Cu is the copper peptide most often discussed in skincare. This formulation combines copper peptide and PDRN; they aren’t alternatives to each other.
Why might it be selected?
It may be considered where your goals include overall skin quality, radiance and the look of fine lines.
Where your skin calls for it, I may select another suitable professional formulation instead.

Real Results From My Microneedling Practice
Skin doesn’t change according to a marketing timetable. Your starting point, concern, skin condition, treatment history and response all influence what is achievable. I don’t promise that one appointment will permanently remove scarring, pigmentation, fine lines, redness or another concern.

Most concerns respond best to a planned series of treatments. My initial course includes three sessions, usually spaced four to six weeks apart according to your skin. Your total plan depends on assessment and progress, and further sessions may be advised after review. Single sessions are also available.
- Paid in full when you purchase the course, with all three appointments booked at the same time.
- All three sessions are completed within four months of purchase.
- Extensions may be agreed for a skin reaction or a recommended treatment pause.
- A change in your own availability doesn’t automatically extend the four-month period.
- At least 48 hours’ notice is needed to change an appointment. A missed appointment, or one changed with less notice, counts as a used session.
- If I need to move an appointment, you’ll be offered a replacement without losing that session.
- Transfers are exceptional, need my approval, and the recipient has their own suitability assessment.
Consultation credit is deducted once where its conditions are met.

Advanced Signature may be considered where the aim is to improve uneven texture, visible fine lines, selected scarring, enlarged-looking pores, post-breakout marks, dull or tired-looking skin, selected uneven-tone concerns, overall skin quality and visible signs of ageing.
Treatment may need to be postponed, or another approach recommended, where there is infection, significantly compromised skin, active eczema or psoriasis in the area, or another condition affecting healing or suitability.
Tell Georgina if you:
- experience cold sores
- use prescription acne medication
- use prescription-strength retinoids
- take medication affecting bleeding or healing
- have a history of problematic scarring
- have recently had other advanced skin or injectable treatments
- are under medical care for a relevant skin or health condition

Every new microneedling client begins with a 30-minute Skin Consultation (£50, paid at booking), including those who’ve had microneedling elsewhere. Your £50 consultation fee is redeemable against a treatment or programme costing £250 or more, provided you book within 14 days of your consultation and attend your first treatment within 30 days of the consultation. The fee covers your assessment and recommendations, and is retained if treatment isn’t suitable or you decide not to proceed.

Microneedling, or collagen induction therapy, works with your skin's own biology. Fine, sterile needles create precise micro channels into the upper dermis. Your skin then releases growth factors, and fibroblasts begin producing new collagen and elastin. But collagen isn't built overnight. It matures and reorganises over weeks to months. Spacing sessions weeks apart lets each treatment build on the collagen laid down by the last. This is why we recommend treating in a course.
