You do not need to arrive knowing which treatment to book. Georgina begins by understanding your skin, your history and what you actually want to achieve. The plan comes after that, not before it.
On the booking page, select Skin Consultations, then Personalised Skin Consultation.

Good skin work starts with understanding, not with choosing a treatment because it is popular.
Two people can share the same visible concern and need completely different approaches. What looks the same on the surface can come from different contributing factors, including current product use, sensitivity, the condition of the skin barrier, previous treatments or lifestyle. Treating both the same way rarely works.
Georgina's consultation builds a clearer picture of your skin before anything is recommended.
This consultation is a sensible starting point if you recognise any of the following:
If your concern appears to require medical assessment, Georgina will explain this honestly and may recommend that you speak to a GP, dermatologist or another appropriate medical professional.
A focused 30 minutes, structured in four parts.
No treatment is included in the 30-minute consultation. If treatment is appropriate, it is booked separately. If nothing further is needed, Georgina will tell you so.
These are examples of the different roles treatments may play within a personalised protocol. They are not options you are expected to choose before your consultation. Any element may be used, omitted, reordered or delivered across separate appointments according to your skin and the wider plan.
Dermaplaning and carefully selected chemical peels
Some plans may include a surface-refining stage, either as a standalone appointment or at an appropriate point within a wider programme. Dermaplaning or a carefully selected professional peel may be considered for built-up surface cells, dullness, uneven texture or congestion. What is used, if anything, depends on skin sensitivity, barrier condition, treatment history and the wider plan.
Professional microneedling
Where uneven texture, the appearance of scarring, visible pores or overall skin condition are priorities, Georgina may consider professional microneedling. It creates controlled microchannels that prompt the skin’s natural repair response. Treatment depth, area and any supporting professional formula are selected individually and only when the skin is ready.
LED and appropriate professional formulas
Following selected treatments, the plan may include a supportive recovery stage. Non-abrasive options such as red or near-infrared LED may be considered alongside a carefully selected professional formula, including topical PDRN or a plant-derived exosome-based formula where appropriate. These are chosen by Georgina according to the treatment performed, the condition of the skin and the wider protocol. They are not options the client is expected to select in advance.
Profhilo, injectable polynucleotides or other appropriate approaches, following separate assessment
When hydration and overall skin quality are the priority, the plan may consider advanced approaches such as Profhilo or injectable polynucleotides. These are separately assessed injectable stages, never automatic additions to a facial, and included only where genuinely appropriate.
HIFU, where appropriate
Where firmness and structural support matter more than the surface, a focused option such as HIFU may be considered. It works differently from resurfacing or injectable treatments, and suitability depends on your facial anatomy, tissue and the plan as a whole.
A personalised skincare routine
Finally, the work continues between appointments. Georgina may adjust cleansing, moisturising, SPF and active ingredients so that your homecare supports the skin barrier and the priorities you have agreed together, and does not work against your professional treatments.
Your 30-minute consultation is £50, paid in full when booking. The fee reflects Georgina's time, expertise and individual assessment.
If you proceed with an eligible skin treatment or programme priced at £250 or more and book it within 14 days, the consultation fee will be deducted in full. Your treatment appointment may take place later.
The consultation is non-refundable and is not redeemable against Korean Lash Lift, brow treatments, retail products or standalone LED. If no treatment is booked or considered suitable, it remains a paid professional service.

£50, paid in full when you book.
Yes. It can be redeemed in full against an eligible skin treatment or programme of £250 or more, booked within 14 days of your consultation.
No. That is the point of the consultation. Georgina assesses your skin and recommends what actually fits, if anything.
A 30-minute appointment covering your concerns and history, your current routine, a professional skin assessment, and a personalised plan.
No treatment is included in the 30-minute consultation. If treatment is appropriate, it is booked separately.
Come without makeup where possible. Please bring the skincare products you currently use, or clear photos of them, along with details of any prescription skincare, relevant medication and recent professional treatments. If a consultation form is sent beforehand, please complete it honestly so Georgina can prepare properly for your appointment.
They may form part of your plan if Georgina assesses them as appropriate for your skin. They are not automatic recommendations.
At South Park Studios in Fulham, London SW6, convenient for Parsons Green and Wandsworth Town.
Georgina will tell you honestly. The consultation remains a paid professional service either way.
Yes. This is exactly the kind of concern the consultation is designed to assess properly before anything is recommended. If your concern falls outside Georgina's professional scope, she will let you know and may suggest you see a GP, dermatologist or other appropriate medical professional.
If you are ready to stop guessing which treatment might work and start with a plan built specifically for your skin, this is where it begins.
On the booking page, select Skin Consultations, then Personalised Skin Consultation.
