KOREAN LASH LIFT

Korean Lash Lift in LondonBased in Fulham SW6

Still curling your lashes every morning, or recovering from a lift that didn't last? A Korean lash lift is a root-to-tip technique that lifts and reshapes your natural lashes. Georgina tailors the curl and processing to your lash condition, thickness, natural growth direction and desired finish, with results typically lasting 6 to 8 weeks. This is a specialist Korean lash lift in London, from my Fulham SW6 studio.

The system I use

For Korean lash lifts, I use the Buff Browz Cysteamine Brow & Lash Lamination System, a professional TGA-free system designed for both brows and lashes. Cysteamine is the active lifting ingredient, while the complete three-step system includes additional conditioning ingredients. I assess your lash condition, thickness and natural growth direction throughout the treatment and adjust the processing time to suit your individual lashes and desired finish.

Why technique matters

Why most lash lifts don't last (or go wrong)

OverprocessingLeaving the lifting solution on too long damages the lash structure. The lift looks dramatic at first, then the lashes weaken and drop.
Wrong techniqueSome lash-lift techniques focus more on creating a mid-length curl. My Korean approach works close to the root, with the shield, placement and processing tailored to the client’s natural lashes and desired finish.
Unsuitable product choiceDifferent lifting systems and formulations behave differently across lash types. Product choice, application and processing control can all affect the final condition, curl and longevity.
Poor timingEach step has a precise window. Rushing the process or misjudging the timing leads to under-lifting or overprocessing. There is no shortcut.

This is why results can vary between treatments. Product selection, lash assessment and technique all contribute to the final result.

The treatment

What is a Korean Lash Lift?

A Korean lash lift is a customised technique that reshapes your natural lashes from close to the root. The shield, lash placement and processing time are selected according to your lash length, thickness, condition, natural growth direction and desired finish.

Rather than creating the same standard curl for every client, the treatment is adapted to produce anything from a soft natural lift to a more defined result. Results typically last 6 to 8 weeks as the lashes move through their natural growth cycle.

What to expect

Results Timeline

Results are immediate. And they hold.

1

Immediately

Dramatically lifted, curled lashes. Your eyes look more open and defined from the moment you leave.

2

First 4 Hours

Keep lashes dry while the lift fully sets. No mascara, oil-based products, or steam.

3

Week 1-6

Peak results. Your lashes hold their lift consistently. Most clients forget they even had a treatment.

4

Week 6-8

The lift gradually softens as new lashes grow in. This is the ideal time to rebook for seamless results.

The process

How Korean Lash Lift Works

1

Consultation and preparation

I assess your natural lash shape and discuss the result you want. Your lashes are cleansed to remove oils and makeup.

2

Shield placement

A silicone shield is fitted along your lash line. The size is chosen based on your lash length and the curl you want.

3

Lifting from the root

Your lashes are combed upward from the very base and adhered to the shield. A professional lifting solution is applied and monitored according to your individual lash condition and response.

4

Setting

A setting solution locks the new shape in place. Timing is precise to avoid overprocessing.

5

Nourishment

A conditioning treatment restores moisture and strengthens your lashes. This step is not optional.

6

Optional tint

An optional lash tint darkens the lashes from root to tip and adds greater definition to the finished lift.
