Personalised microneedling with Dermapen 4, planned around your skin and your goals. Every treatment begins with understanding your skin, so your plan is chosen for you rather than taken from a fixed routine.

Microneedling works gradually, supporting your skin's own repair response over a planned course. What it may realistically help, and whether it suits you, is confirmed once I've assessed your skin.
Controlled micro-channels prompt the skin’s natural repair response, supporting smoother, better-quality skin over time. Change builds gradually rather than overnight.
If you have active acne, begin with a Skin Consultation. I assess your skin before recommending appropriate treatment options.
Suitability is always confirmed at your Skin Consultation, where I may adapt, postpone or recommend a different first step.
Dermapen 4 is a medical-grade microneedling device that creates precise, controlled micro-channels in the skin. These prompt the skin's own repair response, which over a planned course can support smoother, better-quality skin.
I chose it for its precision and its dedicated scar-treatment setting. It lets me tailor each treatment closely to your skin, the area and your concern. Deeper does not automatically mean better; the right setting is the one suited to your skin.
Read how microneedling works beneath the skinDermapen 4 is FDA-cleared to improve the appearance of facial acne scars in adults aged 22 and over, Fitzpatrick skin types I to V. This clearance relates to the device, not to every treatment or formulation it may be used with.
Each treatment uses a new sterile, single-use needle cartridge.
Settings are selected for the area and your skin rather than one fixed setting for everyone.
Approximately 60 minutes for the face, 75 minutes for face and neck, and 90 minutes for face, neck and décolletage.
I review your skin on the day, confirm the treatment is right for you and take consistent baseline photographs.

Your treatment is completed according to your skin and protocol.
You leave with written aftercare, and we confirm the spacing of your next session.
Recovery varies with your skin, the area treated and your treatment. This is a general guide; your own aftercare is given in writing.
Your written aftercare explains cleansing, sun protection, makeup and when to restart active skincare, based on your treatment.
Results are individual and depend on your skin, your concern and following your plan. I'll talk through what's realistic for you at your consultation.

Every new client begins with a 30-minute Skin Consultation (£50, paid at booking). Your £50 consultation fee is redeemable against a treatment or programme costing £250 or more, provided you book within 14 days of your consultation and attend your first treatment within 30 days of the consultation. The fee covers your assessment and recommendations, and is retained if treatment isn’t suitable or you decide not to proceed.
New clients start here, even if you’ve had microneedling before.
Advanced Signature Dermapen 4 Microneedling adds a concern-matched peel, a selected advanced formulation, a serum and a matched light sequence. I’ll recommend whichever suits your skin after assessment.
Discover Advanced SignatureA short look at a Dermapen 4 microneedling treatment in my Fulham studio, with a note on why it is done as a course.
Microneedling, or collagen induction therapy, works with your skin's own biology. Fine, sterile needles create precise micro channels into the upper dermis. Your skin then releases growth factors, and fibroblasts begin producing new collagen and elastin. But collagen isn't built overnight. It matures and reorganises over weeks to months. Spacing sessions weeks apart lets each treatment build on the collagen laid down by the last. This is why we recommend treating in a course.
